Product Description Wet Paint now donates $3 for each bottle of Noodlers ink sold online and in our store to the Southern Poverty Law Center in support of their work to confront racism, discrimination, and bigotry. Learn more about the SPLC here: https://www.splcenter.org/ V-Mail (stands for Victory Mail) was the WWII era system for sending correspondence from overseas via microfilm, a much smaller and lighter format to transport.
